Orders

• Order is confirmed after advance verification or COD acceptance
• We may cancel if stock, address or payment cannot be verified - full refund of advance
• Prices are in BDT and include charges shown at checkout

Payments

• Mobile banking: 50%, 75% or full advance via Send Money, rest on delivery
• Always use your Order ID as reference and keep transaction ID
• COD: pay exact amount to rider, check product at delivery

Delivery & returns

• Risk transfers on delivery; ownership on full payment
